Now that the weekend has passed, our house has been on the market for 4 days and we've had 7 viewings with three more scheduled for today. Three of those have come back for a second visit and we have two offers on the table. We have countered the two offers and are waiting to see what the rest of the week will bring. It was a slow weekend here because the Ventura County Fair opened this weekend and the Point Magu Naval Air Base had an air show with the Thunderbirds performing.
With the dog incident behind us, we need to get a container soon, so we can start packing our household goods. Both offers want a 30 day escrow, so things could happen fast. There are so many things to do and 30 days seems like an awfully short time to get everything done. But you gotta do what you gotta do.

Good luck!!!
WOW!!
Guys Im so sorry that you had to go through that scary experience with Coral, I can so relate to the love and the feelings that you share with your dogs. We have Elvis, a black lab that is 9 1/2 years old and we can see the changes in his daily routine. He is our baby =)
Offers, Offers....woooohooooo!!!!
Take one and RUN!!!!! Belize is waiting for you, the time is closing in for the re-sale market, back to school is just weeks away and people are not going to be thinking about houses.
I wish you a quick and easy escrow.....30 days escrows are the best....no time for mind changes or shoppers regret =) I have pulled a couple of 15 days escrows.....crazy time but so much fun when is all done. Make sure you stay on top of the escrow company with the paperwork and inspections, don't allow your realtor to drop the ball....no time for that.
Can't wait to start reading about your move and life in Belize....Johnny and I are still talking about it...we maybe neighbors in a near future.
Buena Suerte!!!!!
yeah! That is GREAT! Hope it happens quickly and you get what you want.
